The Community Centre is here for the use of all organisations and all local residents.  We have many local groups and organisations that meet here regularly and we are always interested to hear from groups who would like to have somewhere local to meet.

Northbrook Barn Community Centre was conceived and built as a self-build project by members of 1st Durrington Scout Group. The Sussex Barn was converted into a hall and the new Centre built along-side.  Generous funding was originally provided by The National Lottery Charities Board, Worthing Borough Council and West Sussex County Council, amongst others. We are delighted that we were able subsequently to build a link between The Sussex Barn and the main building giving greater security for all users, but particularly the children, together with weather protection and building security.

The Centre benefits from disabled access to all parts of the ground floor, it has a large kitchen and ample car parking.
